Job Position: Instructional Designer – Sr.
Job Location: Lexington , MA
Duration: 12+ Months
Education & Experience Requirements
• Experience designing and developing structured OJT training programs
• Requires a degree in Course/Curricula Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the area of adult learning theory
• Knowledge and experience applying the Kirkparick method in evaluating training effectiveness
• 5+ years of experience developing, delivering and assessing training in both one-on-one and classroom settings
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying competency-based instructor lead and e-Learning training programs
• Experience designing and developing structured OJT training programs
• Experience supporting an Operations environment preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Complete understanding and application of instructional design and adult learning principles, concepts
• Experience working in the Life Sciences industry strongly preferred
• Experience deploying learning through Learning Management Systems a plus

• Complete understanding and successful application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to solid instructional design principles in developing formal on-the-job, instructor led classroom, and e-Learning training programs.
