Job Title:Administrative Assistant I
Duration:9+ Months
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Duties:
Position will require individual to work and coordinate with shop floor technicians in the Flu manufacturing area. Will work with the manager and buffer planner on scheduling, coordinating, and tracking metrics to help support the buffer area in Flu Departments B59 and B37.
Individual will spend half their time on shop floor.
Position to analyze current buffer system of communication and recommend improvements.
Will work with planning group on setting up system to support B37 buffers which are made in B59 through tracking of usage and transportation. Must work within team environment.
Skills:
Will utilize SAP system, trackwise and will need to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Must work within team environment. Will work with business systems group.
Skills MS Office Suite, exceptional attention to detail, SAP, Office Suite
Requires basic knowledge of computer skills and ability to work with SAP (Will train).
Individual needs ability to work within a team, coordinate meetings, and ability to analyze and make recommendations.
No specific degree is required along with previous experience.
Education: HS Diploma. College degree preferred.
