Job Title : Sample Coordinator
Job Type : Contract ( 3 Months + )
Location : Framingham, MA
Duties
-Provides administrative support to sample management group, including transportation of samples, receiving of samples, maintenance and tracking of samples, disposal of samples.
-Maintains and organizes samples to be tested.
-Maintains laboratory testing files.
-Ensures proper receipt of test samples into the laboratory.
-Distributes samples to other laboratories.
-Oversees archiving of test records. Work is closely supervised.
-Follows standard practices to obtain solutions.
-Contributes to the completion of routine administrative tasks following standard operating procedures.
-Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, other personnel within the group, and other laboratories.
Skills
-Must have clean valid drivers license.
-Routine lifting required - up to 30 lbs.
-Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge of cGMP regulations is a plus.
-Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
Keywords
Education High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year related experience.
NOTE : Please confirm if candidate is US Lincensed HCP (Health care professional).
NOTE : This role requires driving of a compnay care and a clean license.
Rotating Shift (12 hours) – Daytime
Week 1 – 36 hours
Week 2 – 48 Hours
