Job Title: Project Coordinator III
Job Type: Contract (3-6 +Months)
Location : Swiftwater, PA
Duties:
The candidate will be a member of the Bacterial Technology Platform and will be responsible for data management and sample coordination activities for the QEP Poly project. The candidate for this position will have 2-4 years’ experience with data management systems as well as Microsoft Office. Upon training, the candidate will work directly with the project leader to maintain process databases and coordinate the logistics of sample submission/data retrieval to/from AP&T and QC labs with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Access data from batch records
• Access QC data from LIMS
• Access data from AP&T
• Interface with Automation support on accessing data
• Coordinate sample submission and monitoring for investigative studies
The primary shift will be Monday through Friday, 1st shift; however, experiment schedule will also require overtime and off shift work.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skill, including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organization skills, ability to multitask, and work in a dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of LIMS, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access(preferred) and SAP (Preferred) for accessing data in a manufacturing environment.
Education:
• Associates degree in scientific discipline plus 4 years of experience in Vaccine, Biologic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing or development with emphasis on data management or
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline plus 1-2 years of experience in Vaccine, Biologic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing or development with emphasis on data management
