Description
Organizational Change Management Consultant and Training Developer role is responsible for the development of comprehensive change management solutions aligned to a functional area and defined project work.
This individual will have a high proficiency in change management and training development / facilitation. This role is also responsible for IT Onboarding Process and Delivery.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops relationships with business partners. Understands the impact of change on the organization.
For each project, establishes the organizational change management work plan across all areas of focus, including communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement and action planning, end-user training, organizational alignment, design and transition, and capability transfer
Conducts stakeholder assessments, and defines and executes stakeholder engagement plans
Assists with assessing leadership alignment and defining and executing leadership engagement plans
Assesses change impacts and defines appropriate change actions
Defines and executes change readiness assessments
Assists in establishing and executing role mapping processes
Assists in the development and implementation of organization transition approach(es)
Works with the Delivery Teams to prepare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for their respective roles
Manages the change agent network and super user program
Facilitates the capability transfer program
Participates in trainer enrolment and preparation activities, including on-boarding/orientation event(s), trainer briefings, and train-the-trainer workshop
Reviews end-user training courseware and assists with training data set-up and staging (loading)
Executes the development of all components of the end-user courseware for instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) including course outlines, storyboards, participant guides, work instructions and simulations, exercise guides, and job aids.
In addition, the Training Developer is responsible for populating the training (system) environment to support hands-on exercises.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Change Management including training development.
