Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Job Type : Contract ( 6 Months + )
Location : Bothell, WA

**The schedule is full-time 7:00am – 4:00pm.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant – Receptionist who is personable, friendly and able to provide excellent customer service.

Key Duties:
• Answer incoming calls that request operator or customer service assistance
• Transfer/route calls to the appropriate departments/employees
• Answer customer questions such as product pricing and availability, order status, and shipment tracking information over the telephone and through e-mail.
• Process credit card payments
• Greet customers, visitors, and vendors
• Work with IT to make changes to the phone and voicemail system
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support (filing, faxing, data entry, travel arrangements, etc.) to Site Lead
• Assist in planning and coordinating company lunches and events
• Maintain office areas such as break and copy rooms by purchasing and stocking supplies
• Assist with facility maintenance issues such as the coffee service, janitorial service, and arranging for repairs with the Property Management company.

Skills: Qualifications:
• 3+ years of previous receptionist and administrative support experience
• Hard working, dependable and able to work a full workday
• Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Internet research and purchasing skills
• Business writing and proof reading

Skills
Education: Degreed is preferred but not required. HS Diploma or GED required.
