Job Title : Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Type : Contract ( 6 Months + )
Location: Cambridge, MA


This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who performs specialized support functions for the HR department, involving contacts within and outside the company and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating use of tact and discretion.


The key component of the role will include providing administrative support to two HR leaders as well as other members of the HR team.

Activities include:

Organizing and developing communications,
Collecting data and preparing related human resource statistics and reports
Calendar management/scheduling
Event/Meeting Coordination including planning/scheduling/event coordination/post-meeting follow-up
Travel planning and expense management (T&E)
Utilizing the HRIS systems to perform duties including extracting and analyzing data and maintaining employee records

Serve as a front line contact for employees in a variety of functions, business units and levels within the global HR organization

Skills Basic Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of five (5) years' solid administrative experience which includes development of presentation materials and reports and gathering data from numerous sources.

Computer skills-including database mining and reporting, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, SAP and Workday experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates with a BA/BS degree and prior experience supporting a senior level professional, preferably in an HR environment

Proven prioritization skills, multitasking skills, detail orientation
This position requires strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as being a team member is crucial
Exceptional interpersonal and follow through skills are essential.
