Job Title: Contract Specialist
Job Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
Location : Overland Park, KS
Scope of Work:
· Contract Specialist I will negotiate business arrangements, perform reviews of agreements and draft contract terms and conditions, which may include Master Purchase Agreements, Software License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and Maintenance and Support Agreements.
· Establishing and maintaining boilerplate contract templates, ensuring that goods and services are contracted for in accordance with company policies and procedures, participating in evaluating supplier performance, and contributing toward the management of suppliers, participating in contract dispute and resolution processes.
· General business and contract negotiation skills, understanding of business and legal processes, contract writing skills.
· Highly effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work effectively independently and with teams, project planning and implementation skills.
· Requires 2-5 years of related work experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
Other Skills:
· Will work answering calls on a hotline and opening ticket for property services.
· Knowledge of commercial leases and experience working with Landlords.
· Good telephone and typing skills.
