Job Description |
Project Coordinator II provides administrative and/or basic analytical support on projects.
Representative duties may include: coordinating information flow and reporting, creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining and updating databases, tracking project activities and progress, liaising with project staff and internal/external contacts. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. 3-4 years of Project Coordinator or related work experience.
Other Skills: The purpose of this position includes, but is not limited to reading and abstracting key data from cell site leases and amendments and entering data into Siterra, the system of record, managing document uploads, drafting letters, and reconciling accounts.
The candidate must have the ability to complete critical department level tasks, and work closely with cross-organizational groups, i.e. Regional Property Services, Shared Services, Site Development, and other Sprint Nextel departments in a national environment.
Candidates must be able to manage large workloads with multiple, simultaneous projects and must have property management skills in document control and an understanding of legal terms associated with commercial real-estate.

College degree and/or related work experience totaling eight (8) years post-high school, i.e. Bachelor¿s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management or a related field or Juris Doctor with four (4) years of lease or property management related experience preferred.
Two (2) years of telecommunications / overall site development knowledge related experience is preferred.
Experience with landlord-tenant relationships, contracts, financial analysis and reporting is very desirable
