This will be a Floating Receptionist between multiple lobbies including the Executive Lobby to assist in covering breaks, PTO, etc. Candidate must be comfortable covering this high level location and dress appropriately)
Essential Functions: Represent the company in a positive and professional manner while greeting all visitors to buildings at the corporate headquarters. Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills to visitors, senior leadership and co-workers in a highly professional, corporate environment. Notify personnel of visitor arrival. Perform various clerical/secretarial duties, including but not limited to: filing, sorting, mail distribution, computer work and completing special clerical projects. Actively promote and ensure clear communication between the reception/switchboard area and internal customers. May assist with badging of new employees/contractors. Will manage security record of all visitors who enter the premise(s). May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. This position interacts with all levels of personnel in and outside of the company. That interaction requires strong oral communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to interface with varying personal styles in an effective way.
Effectiveness in this role requires general knowledge of the physical layout of the local operation and the company's operations and product line. The job encounters recurring and routine work situations involving limited complexity and with occasional variations from the norm. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. Initiative and organization skills are extremely valuable to ensure a smooth office operation. The incumbent normally receives detailed instruction on all work. The incumbent must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor toward the job, the company and their work team.
Skills: Must be comfortable and confident when interacting with executives, staff, and visitors at all levels; have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information. Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
Experience: Must have at least 5 years of corporate administrative and/or corporate receptionist experience in a fast paced environment.
****Must be proficient with MS Office Suites.

Education: Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
